Shipping & Returns
All parcels will be shipped via Australia Post E-parcel service. Tracking and signature on deliver is included. Postage costs are calculated at Australia Post eparcel rates based on weight of your order (see below). We aim to ship orders within 48hrs of payment being received.
Suncatcher orders can sometimes take a little longer as these are all handmade and depends on the quantity on order at the time. We will contact you if there are any delays encountered.
International orders are calculated at Australia Post air mail rates based on the weight of your parcel.
Delivery times may vary most orders will be received between 7-14 working days. (this does not include weekends or holidays)

Regular business envelope = $1.00
Padded bag = $3.00
eparcel 1-500grams = $10.00 p/h
eparcel 500-3kg = $15.00 p/h
eparcel over 3kgs = $20.00 p/h
PLEASE NOTE- The website software can only calculate postage based on the parcel rate weight of items.
Some items are small or flat and postage costs may be less than the parcel rate calculation (such as a packet of wing designs or a strand of beads which is a letter size). If you pay too much for postage we will refund the difference to your paypal account Or send additional products to cover the amount paid at your request.
Returns and refunds:
While we make every effort to ensure our items are clearly described and packaged as best as we can to avoid any problems with your order. We do understand that sometimes things happen.
We will gladly exchange or refund your payment if your item is faulty when received or not as described. All returns must be received back within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. I will contact you once your item has arrived and confirm the next steps.

• A description of why you are returning the item
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number you would like.
